Following the provisions of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data and special personal data stated below within our company organization are transferred to 3 ARTI LTD. In this context, our company takes all technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security to prevent unlawful processing of your data, to prevent unlawful access, and to ensure the preservation of your data by the laws and regulations regulated by our company to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and to protect personal data.
We process your data in the categories of identity, contact, personnel, professional experience, visual and audio records, and other personal data categories. We do not request your sensitive personal data, such as association, foundation, or union membership, or health information. If you share this information with us in your CVs, you will need to give your explicit consent in the application form section on our website.
Purposes and legal reasons for processing personal data;
Your collected personal data will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the law for the following purposes:
- Receiving your job application and request and carrying out the necessary processes within the scope of evaluating and finalizing your suitability for the relevant position,
- Carrying out recruitment processes within the framework of human resources policies,
- Providing information to authorized institutions based on the legislation,
- Responding to the relevant person's applications, following the legislation, and carrying out the necessary procedures,
Your data collected in line with the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes may be transferred to the relevant company, career portals, employment agencies, suppliers, social media service providers, legally authorized public institutions, and private persons within the scope of the execution of your job application process and the fulfillment of our legal obligations.
To fulfill the purposes stated above, your data is collected electronically through internal company systems, e-mail, telephone, career portals used by our company, systems where exams and personality inventory studies are carried out, or through interviews to be held in the physical environment.
Your data is also processed on our accounts on US-based professional social media networks such as LinkedIn, of which you are also a member. By contacting us through these accounts, you are deemed to have given your explicit consent for your data to be processed by foreign service providers.
The CVs that you have shared with us are kept for one year and then destroyed.
Your data is collected and processed by our company for the following purposes and legal reasons, based on the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the law.
Your Rights as a Data Owner
As personal data owners, as listed in Article 11 of the law,

To exercise your rights stated above, you can apply to 3 ARTI LTD. Company in writing and send the application to the address specified in the Data Owner Application Form. If new application methods are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, these methods will be announced by 3 ARTI LTD. Company.
In this context, your applications will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days after they reach us. These applications are currently free. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board determines a fee schedule, charges may be made following this tariff.
